Single Document Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our products, single document purchases are generally non-refundable once the document has been downloaded without a watermark. However, if there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing your document, please contact us within 24 hours.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in a billing cycle.
